Built for Schertz

Serving Schertz, Cibolo, Selma, and the industrial parks along IH-35 and FM 1518, from our shop in north San Antonio.

A

Machine shops

Soft jaws, workholding nests, check and go/no-go gauges, and chip guards — so CNC time goes to revenue parts.

Fabrication & welding

Positioning fixtures, layout and marking templates, and assembly aids for jobs you run again and again.

C

Custom machinery & automation

Sensor and camera brackets, cable management, guards, and end-of-arm tooling prototypes.

D

Distribution & maintenance

Conveyor guides, scanner mounts, wear pads, and replacement covers when the OEM part is weeks out.

03 — QUESTIONS

Good to know

Will a printed part hold up on the shop floor?
Often, with the right material. PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU are available on request — tell us about heat, chemicals, and load and we will recommend one.
Can you match a part that is already on the line?
Yes. We can measure it on-site, model it, and send a fit-check print before running the batch.
Do you handle repeat orders?
Yes — runs from one piece to 500, from the same model and settings every time, so the next batch matches the last.
How fast is a quote?
Within 12 hours. Send a STEP file, a drawing, or photos with a few measurements.
